Privacy Policy

• Account data (email, name, avatar) when you sign in
• Resume data you create or upload
• Mindbase notes and uploaded files
• Chat messages and tailoring sessions
• Voice profile and rules you configure

• Provide resume building, tailoring, cover letters, and application answers
• Authenticate you and keep your data separated from other users
• Improve reliability and security of the service

When AI is enabled, relevant excerpts from your resume, Mindbase, and chat may be sent to Anthropic to generate suggestions. We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models today. That could change in the future — if it does, we will update this policy and tell you before it takes effect.

Your account and database data are stored on Supabase servers in the EU (e.g. Frankfurt). The app is served via Vercel. Exact regions depend on your production project configuration.

• Anthropic — AI generation (when configured)
• Google — OAuth sign-in (when you choose Google login)

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete content from Mindbase and resumes in the app. You can delete your entire account from Profile → Delete account.

Essential cookies/session storage are required to keep you signed in. Non-essential analytics (e.g. Vercel Web Analytics) will only run after cookie consent when enabled.

We also record which product features you use and when (for example resume saved, tailoring run, or download) as event names and timestamps in our database to improve Verlane. We never store the text of your resume, Mindbase entries, or chat in this usage log.
